INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Striker VR website (StrikerVR.com) and Striker VR software products (including, but not limited to, StrikerLink, StrikerConnect, software development kits, video game demos, and installation tools). By using our website or downloading, installing, or otherwise using any of our software products (“applications”), you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
2. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 Website Visitors
- We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (“personal information”) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you register before entering a contest, order e-mail newsletters, join a limited-access premium site, or purchase and register Striker VR products.
- Personal information collected by StrikerVR.com often is limited to e-mail address, language, and country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested.
2.2 App Users (StrikerLink, StrikerConnect, and StrikerVR)

Currently, we do not collect or store any personal or device data through our applications (including StrikerLink, StrikerConnect, or any other Striker VR software products).
- Email addresses or other personal information may be collected by the Meta Horizon store or other third-party platforms when you download or purchase our apps. Such data is handled according to those platforms’ separate privacy policies and is not stored or controlled by Striker VR.
3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 Website Usage
We use the personal information collected from our website for four primary purposes:
- To make the site easier for you to use by not requiring you to enter your personal information multiple times.
- To help you quickly find software, services, or information on StrikerVR.com.
- To help us create and deliver content that is most relevant to you.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information, and other new services from Striker VR.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging and delivering purchases, answering customer questions, sending postal mail, and processing event registration. We only provide these companies with the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
Striker VR will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

3.2 App Usage
- Because we do not collect personal or device data through our applications, the uses described above do not currently apply to data from StrikerLink, StrikerConnect, and other Striker VR software products.

When you register on our website or otherwise give us personal information, StrikerVR.com will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.
Striker VR may send out periodic emails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will be able to choose to unsubscribe from these mailings, although they may be considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.
5. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time, for example by contacting our support team at

6. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
StrikerVR.com strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under the conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Striker VR, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents are located.
You also have a significant role in protecting your information—no one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your password, so do not share it with others.
7. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
The StrikerVR.com site and Striker VR software products do not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such information, please contact us at
support@strikervr.com so we can delete it promptly.
8. USE OF COOKIES (WEBSITE ONLY)
To ensure we are publishing content that customers need and want, StrikerVR.com collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track individuals’ use of the site. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.
If you choose not to have your browser accept cookies from the StrikerVR.com website, you will still be able to view text on the screens; however, you will not experience a personalized visit, you will not be able to use the online store, you will not be able to apply product discounts, nor will you be able to subscribe to service offerings on the site.
(Note: Cookies are not currently used in our VR applications.)
9. DATA DELETION REQUESTS
Since we
do not collect or store personal or device data from our VR applications, there is currently no data to delete for app usage. However, if you would like to request the deletion of any data you may have provided through our
website (for example, registration or purchase details), you may send your request to
support@strikervr.com.
Please include the email address or other identifying information used when you shared the data so that we can locate and remove it promptly.
10. CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
Striker VR will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect company and user feedback, or to address changes in our business and legal requirements. When we do, we will also revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy. For material changes to this statement, Striker VR will notify you by placing a prominent notice on our website or within our apps (if applicable).
