WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Consumer Purchases
Consumers have a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For non-defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
Enterprise Purchases
All enterprise sales are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been fulfilled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Consumer Purchases Only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited Warranty & Repair Policy
StrikerVR warrants to the original end-user that this product, the Striker VR Mavrik, is under a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
Consumer Warranty
StrikerVR warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the StrikerVR Mavrik is under a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
Covered:
-
Repair for defects due to normal use and reasonable wear and tear.
Not Covered:
-
Damage from misuse, modification, abnormal use conditions, or use with non-StrikerVR accessories.

Cosmetic damage or surface wear.
Enterprise Warranty
Enterprise customers receive an expedited replacement warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim and proof of purchase (registration, invoice, or packing slip), StrikerVR will provide a fast turnaround replacement unit to minimize downtime.
The enterprise or consumer warranty shall be voided if the Products are modified, tampered with, misused, or subjected to abnormal working conditions. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of this product or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply when the malfunction results from the use of this product in conjunction with accessories, other products, or peripheral equipment.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND STRIKER VR SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
ANY USE OF THE MAVRIK, MAVRIK PRO, or ARENA INFINITY FOR PURPOSES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY PROMOTED BY STRIKER VR OR ANY DISASSEMBLY OR MODIFICATION OF THE STRIKER VR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE WILL VOID THIS AND ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR RETURN RIGHTS.
Repair Policy
When Striker VR receives a returned product, it will determine whether the product can be repaired or needs to be replaced. If the product is not covered by the warranty due to misuse, damage caused by the end user, normal wear and tear and/or is outside the warranty period.
*Non-warranty repair fees do not include any shipping charges which may be associated with shipping a returned product back to the end user.
